Registration with the university for exchange students
All exchange students must complete Tampere University’s online identification and registration process before starting their exchange studies and by the given deadline. Complete the process before you arrive in Tampere and before Welcome Week, regardless of your arrival date.
Important: Wait until you receive your personal invitation by email. International Mobility Services normally sends invitations in mid-June for the autumn semester and mid-November for the spring semester. Look for an email titled Tervetuloa Tampereen korkeakouluyhteisöön / Welcome to the Tampere Universities from noreply [at] tuni.fi
