Start of studies
Studies begin at TAMK's main campus with an orientation days on August 21st 12.00, and continues through 22nd until 16.00 in room A3-24. We encourage you to be present but also remote access is provided either via Microsoft teams or Zoom. If you are not able to participate in the orientation day in person at TAMK please inform us beforehand (esa.kunnari [at] tuni.fi (esa[dot]kunnari[at]tuni[dot]fi)). We require you to be present at TAMK at least once during your studies, and if you are not able to participate in person during orientation days next logical option is in January 2026 when we are planning another two-day session at TAMK.
Campus is located at Kuntokatu 3, 33520 Tampere.
Curriculum of the education
Familiarize yourself with the curriculum of the Master's Degree Programme in Data Expertise and Artificial Intelligence before the start of studies.
Autumn 2025 teaching days
Orientation takes place from August 21st-22nd, followed by lectures in weeks 36, 38, ... (and so on).
Own devices
Studying for a Master's degree requires a lot of independent work on a computer. For studying in the degree program, you need to have access to a computer. Please bring your computer with you on the first day.
