Equality and prevention of harassment

We are committed to the values of diversity and responsibility and strive for gender equality in all our activities. Equality and equity of all people are key principles that the university respects in its own activities and promotes in society through research and teaching. At Tampere University, we do equality and non-discrimination work through a regularly updated equality and non-discrimination policy. We encourage all faculties, service units and members of the community to take actions raised by the policy. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour, harassment and bullying.
