Transcript of records
Transcript of records
You are entitled to have a transcript of records on completed studies during your studies. You can have the transcript of records in Finnish and/or in English. You should check annually that all completed courses have been entered into the student administration system (Pakki) and your transcript of records is up to date.
Certificate of study
You are also entitled to have a study certificate, which is a certificate of study right at Tampere University of Applied Sciences. The certificate of study shows the type of your study right, the period of your study right and the status of your enrolment for the academic year (attending or non-attending).
Ordering a transcript of records and a certificate of study
You can order a transcript of records and a certificate of study in a few different ways. If your study right is currently valid:
- you can order an electronically verified transcript of records/certificate of study from Pakki
- you can order a transcript of records/certificate of study sent by post using e-form
- you can also pick up your transcript of records/certificate of study from Service Point.
If your study right is no longer valid, you may be charged for ordering a transcript of records/certificate of study:
- Ordering a transcript of records/certificate of study for a graduated/resigned student is subject to a fee. More information can be found on page: Information service, document copies and transcripts of records.
- If you are not sure whether ordering a transcript of records/certificate of study is subject to a fee for you, you can contact servicepoint.tamk [at] tuni.fi (servicepoint[dot]tamk[at]tuni[dot]fi).
Electronically verified certificates
A certificate issued by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) is used to verify signatures, which guarantees the authenticity of the electronic signature. The recipient of an electronic document can easily check the authenticity and immutability of the certificate in the validation service.
My Studyinfo
You can find your study rights and completed studies in the My Studyinfo service. The service allows you to share your data with authorities, such as education organizers, municipalities, Kela, employment offices and employers. As a rule, the service includes study rights and studies completed at higher education institutions from 1995 onwards (but there may be some exceptions). The service requires identification with Finnish online banking credentials (e-identification must be enabled), a Finnish electronic ID-card or mobile certificate.
