TAMK Student’s Guide

During BIP exchange

Documents from the receiving institution

Make sure you get these signed and stamped documents from the hosting institution.

  • Signature to paper Learning Agreement (if not earlier electronically signed in Online Learning Agreement, OLA),
  • Arrival and departure certificate (pdf), and
  • Transcript of records, with min. 3 ECTS

With BIP exchanges, the Arrival and departure certificate and Transcript of records can be replaced with a BIP Course Certificate, if it includes both the dates you attended the receiving institution AND the number of credits you have received after completing the BIP.

Keep the originals and upload them to SoleMove after returning to Finland.

Cancellation/interruption of the period abroad

Should the need to arise to cancel or interrupt the exchange, please inform Student Mobility Services (outgoing.tamk [at] tuni.fi (bip[dot]tamk[at]tuni[dot]fi)) of the changes as soon as possible. Interruptions of exchange may result in claiming back all or part of the grant issued before the exchange, and therefore require a decision from either TAMK or the Finnish National Agency.
