Systems Biology, 5 cr

In this course, students will be introduced to Systems biology. They will understand basic graph theory and how it can be used to analyze biological networks and complex biological phenomena. The course also emphasizes gene co-expression networks among the different types of biological networks. The course includes teaching community detection and functional Analysis. The students will also learn about knowledge graphs and be presented with examples of their applications in the biomedical field.
