Tampere University Student’s Guide

Preliminary study plan for exchange students

You have to prepare a preliminary study plan for your exchange application. It is a draft, and you can update it later. After admission and TUNI account activation, you will create your study plan and register for courses in Sisu. As course availability may change, include suitable backup courses in your preliminary plan. Important: Approval of your preliminary study plan does not guarantee admission to courses. Teachers make the final course selections after registration.

Key terms

  • Preliminary study plan = a draft course list submitted with your exchange application
  • Sisu study plan = the study plan you create after admission to register for courses
  • Learning agreement (DLA) = Erasmus+ document signed by both institutions
