The Student’s Navigaattori is a service available to all students at Tampere University, both on campus and online. You can contact us with any questions. There is no need to know who to contact, as we will direct you to the appropriate service.
We can assist you with questions about your studies, student life and well-being as well as enrolment for the academic year, study rights, scholarships, tuition fees and changes to your personal details. We also provide the following study-related documents:
- certificate of student status
- transcript of records
- degree certificate
- copy of a degree certificate
If we can't resolve your matter on the spot, we'll help you find the support you need so you can focus on what matters most.
