Applying for JOO studies is no longer possible.Tampere University has withdrawn from the agreement on flexible study rights between universities (JOO agreement) as of 1.1.2026. In the future, teaching cooperation between higher education institutions, which will replace the JOO agreement, will be implemented as network agreements through the national cross-institutional study service. Students may be granted new study rights under the current JOO agreement during the spring semester of 2025.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
